CENTER FOR HOPE, WNY PROVIDER OBLIGATION AND EXPECTATION POLICY
- All providers shall follow the confidentiality rules both inherent in their own profession and inherent in the expectation of privacy of all Center for Hope, WNY clients. All information regarding our clients shall remain confidential.
- All Providers shall conduct themselves within the ethics and expectations of their own professions.
- All Providers shall pay a monthly fee for promotional services through Center for Hope, WNY which includes advertising for their business, radio, social media, website and on-line presence, print media, referrals and administrative costs in the amount $50.00 a month. Fees are subject to change based on market demand.
- When appearing or representing oneself as a Center for Hope, WNY Provider in a public space whether in person or virtually, all providers shall maintain professional decorum.
- All providers shall be aware of and recognize that we are working with trauma victims. All our efforts shall be compassionate and empathetic in that pursuit.
- No provider shall use the Center for Hope, WNY to advance their own personal, political, or religious agenda. Center for Hope, WNY is a non-partisan, non-religious not for profit organization. Failure to abide by this provision is grounds for immediate termination.
- All providers must remain current with their provider dues. Failure to pay dues for longer than two (2) consecutive months is grounds for immediate termination.
- All providers shall familiarize themselves with the Center for Hope, WNY mission and vision statements and follow them to the best of their ability.
- All providers shall familiarize themselves with the Center for Hope, WNY Standard Operating Procedures and follow them to the best of their ability.
- All providers shall join the SLACK provider community and stay aware of all posts in the provider channel. As a provider you are responsible for any information communicated through the SLACK provider channel.
- All providers are responsible for checking the GOOGLE Intake spreadsheet for new client information and for following through with client contact and documenting that contact on the google spreadsheet.
- Once a provider receives a referral through the Center for Hope, WNY all providers shall make client contact whether by email or phone within 48 hours of the referral being made.
- All providers shall make an effort to promote their individual business and profession. Center for Hope, WNY is not responsible to promote your busines by filming videos or other methods of advertising, other than what is provided on the Center for Hope, WNY website and social media accounts (FB, Instagram and Twitter)
- All Providers may post on any Center for Hope, WNY social media sites. The Center for Hope, WNY President and Media consultant reserve the right to revise or remove any content that does not comport with the Center for Hope, WNY mission or vision statements.
