Connie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for providing the utmost quality of services to individuals seeking assistance. She brings an effective blend of experience, expertise, and knowledge to her work with clients. Connie has 30 years of experience providing individual, couples and group therapies and has dedicated her career to assisting trauma survivors. Connie obtained her B.A. in psychology from Canisius College and her M.S. degree from St. Bonaventure University.
Connie has vast experience counseling various populations including at risk youth, survivors of emotional, physical and sexual abuse, veterans, military members, first responders and their families. Connie’s speciality areas include anxiety, depression, general mood disorders and post traumatic stress disorder. To assist clients in their healing journey Connie utilizes an integrative approach including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
Connie has been in private practice as the owner/operator of Evolve Counseling Services of WNY located in Orchard Park, NY since 2015. She also has a wealth of volunteer and Board of Directors experience having served on The Veterans Housing Coalition, Veterans One-stop Center, Iraq Afghanistan Memorial Boards of Directors as well as on the Compeer Vet 2 Vet and University of Buffalo Joining Community Forces Advisory Boards.
