Sarah Hartman, LMHC

Sarah is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who takes an eclectic and collaborative approach with her clients. She has completed continuing education to become a Certified Shame Informed Counselor and has pursued additional education in Narcissistic Abuse Recovery. Together, Sarah and her clients help the nervous system settle, increase self-compassion, and allow the client’s true self to emerge. Her ultimate goal is to empower clients with the tools, insight, and confidence to navigate life’s challenges with resilience.

Sarah supports clients through a somatic, body-based approach. Together, they explore how experiences such as stress, betrayal, and shame are held in the body while building practical coping skills, including establishing healthy boundaries and regulating the nervous system. This deeper work helps clients reconnect with their sense of self, cultivate self-compassion, and feel more grounded in their daily lives.
